FLAAPM 2021 Spring Meeting - Vendor Registration

The 2021 FLAAPM Spring Meeting will be held virtually via Zoom on Thursday, March 11th and Friday, March 12th from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

  • A link to the Zoom meeting will be provided the week of the meeting

Registration Categories & Fees:

  • Vendor Registration - $300
    • Vendor registration includes the display of a single promotional slide that will be displayed on a rotating schedule at all times that presentations are not occurring along with the contact information of the attendees (a pre and post meeting list of attendees will be provided)
    • Please submit a single promotional PowerPoint slide (in widescreen format) to Steve Herchko at Herchko.Steven@mayo.edu by 03/05/2021.
  • Vendor Speaker Registration - $1,300 (Maximum of 6 registrations)
    • Speaker registrations include a 5 minute educational presentation slot between sessions in addition to the promotional slide and contact information for the attendees.
    • Presentations must be pre-recorded and submitted to Steve Herchko at Herchko.Steven@mayo.edu by 03/05/2021.
    • Presentation slots will be chosen by the vendor based on the time of registration, with the first registered vendor having their choice of presentation time.
