The 2020 FLAAPM Fall Meeting will be held virtually via Zoom on Friday, September 17th, 2021 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

  • A link to the Zoom meeting will be provided the week of the meeting


Registration Categories & Fees:

  • Vendor Registration - $150
    • Vendor registration includes the display of a single promotional slide that will be displayed on a rotating schedule at all times that presentations are not occurring along with the contact information of the attendees
    • Please submit a single promotional PowerPoint slide (in widescreen format) to Steve Herchko at Herchko.Steven@mayo.edu by 9/10/2021.
  • Vendor Speaker Registration - $1,150 (Maximum of 3 registrations)
    • Speaker registrations include a 5 minute educational presentation slot between sessions in addition to the promotional slide and contact information for the attendees. Please note that presentations will need to be pre-recorded and submitted to Steve Herchko at herchko.steven@mayo.edu by 9/10/2021.

Continuing Education:

FLAAPM has applied for CAMPEP accreditation of up to 7.0 medical physics CE credit hours and 7.0 hours from the state of FL. 1.0 hour of medical errors is included.
