- Registered vendors will also receive the attendee list 1 week prior to the meeting.
- Vendors who provide a promotional PowerPoint slide will have their slide displayed to the attendees in between presentations on a rotating basis.
- Slides will be displayed for 20 seconds before transitioning to the next slide
