Room Rate:

  • $169.00/night (Garden Rooms) or $199.00/night (Main Tower)
    • Garden rooms are reached through an open air walkway while the main tower rooms are reached by walking indoors
  • $28.00/night resort fee
  • Parking fees will apply
    • $25.00/night if staying at the hotel
    • $15.00/day if not staying at the hotel (if parking for the day, you will need to park at the front entrance, go to the front desk to get a parking pass, and then go park in the parking lot)

Reservations:

Registration

  • Registration includes a skirted table with 2 chairs in the vendor area. Internet and power access will be available.
  • Registered vendors will also receive the attendee list 1 week prior to the meeting.
  • Vendors who provide a promotional PowerPoint slide will have their slide displayed to the attendees in between presentations on a rotating basis.
    • Slides will be displayed for 20 seconds before transitioning to the next slide
    • Please send your promotional PowerPoint slide to inasala@gmail.com by 4/1/2025

Setup/Teardown

  • Setup time: 3:30 pm on 5/1/2025
  • Teardown time: 12:00 pm on 5/3/2025
  • Table selection is on a first come, first served basis
